Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or equivalent.

At least 8-10 years working experience in accounting related work, with minimum 3 years of experience in managing people.

Experience in a shared service environment

Possess analytical skills and problem-solving skills

Able to manage multiple/conflicting priorities with a strong track record of delivery against tight deadlines

A meticulous and organized person with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy

Familiar with computer applications, especially MS Excel, ERP or relevant financial software.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

A team player with good interpersonal and communication skil
