1. Assist in RFQ documentations
2. Sourcing materials and suppliers for RFQ
3. Assist in on-time delivery process and documentations
4. Coordinating on material inventory with production department
5. Assist in process of material purchasing
6. Assist in coordinating with local suppliers

1. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
2. Entry Level.
3. Any working experience in the manufacturing environment will be helpful.
4. Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field
5. Proficient in English & Bahasa Melayu ..(Advantage Chinese or Mandarin)
6. Able to work independently, multi-tasking with minimum supervision.
7. Possess good communications skill and interpersonal skills.
8. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
9. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
