<li>Perfom minor building, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary (e.g replace light bulbs, locks, lighting points/switches, paint touch-up etc)</li>
<li>Conduct inpections and identify areas for improvement or repair</li>
<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical &amp; mechanical</li>
<li>Other duties assigned by superior from time to time</li>
</ul>
