Job Description
Human Resource
- Responsible for the full HR spectrum
- Payroll and employee benefits Administration for Group of Companies
- Submission of Year End file with tax authorities, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS submission
- Work Pass & related passes administration/renewal with MDEC, Immigration etc
- Recruitment exercise, advertise, selection, conduct preliminary interview and shortlist, arrange for interview
- Assist to handle staff issues, distress, or termination issues
- Staff engagement - team events, festive celebration, company outing. Feedback session with new hire, provide feedback on how they feel about their job, supervisors and working conditions. Conduct feedback and engagement session
- In charge of staff welfare
- On boarding - Staff induction session for new staff, and coordinate with senior to ensure that each new hire is attached to a buddy during the nesting period, set up email, arrange for IT need
- Coordinate employee training
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in HR
- Able to handle stress and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Employment Act
- Good interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills
- Resourceful, meticulous, independent and a team player
- Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities
