Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Database Supervisor, Infosys Executive and data entry staffs
  • Coordinate with reservations, operations and accounting departments to ensure all settings are correct and information flows are working correctly
  • Supervise database maintenance with contracts from hotels, transportation companies, restaurants and other suppliers in destination
  • Ensure that all system settings are set correctly through all parts of Tourplan including database, fastbook and accounting modules
  • Maintain data & Tourplan System to ensure all bugs or system problems are repaired quickly and effectively
  • Ensure system is stable and backed up at all times
  • Control all new services are entered into the system in a timely and correct manner
  • Provide the Tourplan training to team members and assist them whenever required or requested
  • Meet deadlines and be able to make decisions and to prioritized tasks

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Busines Administration or in related field
  • Minimum of 3 working experience in the same role with previous experience in using Tourplan software or similar
  • Experience in software system management background will be an advantage
  • General knowledge about Travel industry and tourism in destination
