The Lease Administrator is responsible for the management of the lease management system, engaging primarily with the RE&amp;W group, finance and external Real Estate brokers.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You will be responsible for several tasks, as per below:</p><ul><li>Update and maintain the lease management system, developing system functionality as per business needs</li><li>Monitor critical lease events including lease end dates, renewal options, and termination deadlines</li><li>Review of service charge costs, ensuring they are aligned to the budget and lease agreements</li><li>Review lease payments and process on a monthly or quarterly basis</li><li>Calculate rent adjustments based on CPI changes as stipulated in the lease agreements</li><li>Compile lease abstracts and maintain a central library for archived lease documentation •</li><li>Prepare and compile a variety of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders</li><li>Triage in-coming lease information requests and questions</li><li>Work closely with Real Estate team and global partners to ensure databases and records are valid and updated</li></ul></div></p>
