Job Description
- In charge of overseeing day-to-day operation of HR functions and duties.
- In charge of recruitment (ie: job posting, filter candidates and arrange interviews and etc), onboarding and offboarding processes
- In charge of developing training and development program
- Create employee retention programs or activities
- Manage employee’s affairs (ie: discipline, investigation, and grievance issues)
- In charge of promoting company in job market through various channels
- Lead and/or assist managers or team leaders in counselling sessions
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess a minimum of a diploma, bachelor degree in business / human resource or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience (employee relations) is required
- Independent, strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate good analytical skill and possess high level of work commitment
- Have good amount of knowledge in latest employment act
- Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Must possess own trasport
