Job Description

• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion 
• To answer incoming enquiries from email or phone call 
•  To follow up with new enquiries, quotation and customer which given samples to, then close the deal 
•  Support sales & marketing team to handle all works related to order fulfilment 
•  Manage customer’s complaints and efficiently address their concerns with effective solutions  
•  Maintain good relationships with customers and develop new customers by proposing more products or solutions  
•  Liaise with sales & operation team on customers’ orders and delivery status  
•  Troubleshoot & resolve operational issue and implement preventive measures 
•  Generate sales report for sales head or sales team to perform sales activities 
•  Assist in any other task assigned by superior from time to time 

Job Requirements

•  At least a minimum qualification of SPM 
•  At least 1-2 years relevant working experience 
•  Committed individual  
•  Able to work in a fast pace environment  
•  Organized and able to multi-task  
•  Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel  
•  Candidate with SQL accounting knowledge will have added advantage
