Job Description

• Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website banners, and email templates, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired messaging, translating these insights into effective visual communication strategies.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) to create and edit high-quality images, illustrations, and layouts, ensuring optimal resolution and file formats for both print and digital platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Assist in the creation of visual assets for event branding, including signage, backdrops, stage designs, and promotional materials, ensuring a cohesive and impactful event experience.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets, including fonts, images, and templates, ensuring easy access and version control for future projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software updates, and industry best practices, continuously improving design skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field. 
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign (Canva is a plus). 
• Strong sense of layout, color, and typography. 
• Interest in events, pop-up stores, exhibitions, or IP collaborations. 
• Able to work under tight deadlines and support event days (including weekends when required). 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and open to feedback.
