Position: Sales & Operations Crew
Location: Putrajaya Area
Salary: RM1,800 – RM4,000 (Basic + High Sales Commission)
Availability: Start Immediately

Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for an energetic, "people person" aged 19 to 30 to be the face of KL Ebike. If you love meeting people from all over the world, have a bubbly personality, and aren't afraid to "hustle" to get more riders on our bikes and trackless trains, we want you!

Your Daily Mission:

• Direct Sales: Proactively approach tourists and locals to promote our trackless train rides and e-bike rentals.
• Guest Engagement: Be the "vibe creator" greet customers, answer questions, and ensure everyone has a great time.
• Operations Support: Assist with the daily setup of bikes and equipment.
• Train Driving: For those with a valid driving license, you will also take the wheel of our trackless train for scheduled tours.
• Marketing & Social Media: Help capture content (photos/videos) of our happy customers for our social media pages.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Age: 19 – 30 (Perfect for those with a high-energy, youthful approach to customer service).
• Personality: Outgoing, confident, and hardworking. You should enjoy talking to strangers!
• Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Multilingual candidates (especially those fluent in Mandarin) are highly encouraged to apply to assist our international tourist demographic.
• Driving License: Having a valid driving license (Class D) is a major plus point.
• Attitude: Ready to work in a fast-paced, outdoor tourism environment.
