Trainees will learn how we power courses in cutting-edge technology that inspire the next generation of tech innovators. You will experience how we mentor students ages 8-18 in a fun, dynamic learning environment. For selected trainees you will learn how to leverage our learning platform to deliver programs in subjects like game development, web design and AI/ML.

With us, trainees will be able to meet people involved in the tech community including our partners from Microsoft, Roblox, VEX etc. Other than core course instructor and curriculum development work, you will also be rotated to either doing

(i) further events management/business development work to familiarize yourself with the latest IT trends or

(ii) pursue further IT solutions and development work with our software development team.

Core Responsibilities:

i) Course deployment

• Help support and delivery of engaging lessons in one or more of our core subjects:
• Computer Science | Game Development | Mathematics | UI/UX Design | Physics (at least one from this list)
• Assist in deploying programs using our education platform in the following formats: in-person (1-on-1/small groups), online (live virtual classes), and hybrid.

ii) Course Development and R&D

• Collaborate with the curriculum team to design/update programs on our learning platform.
• Research emerging trends in education/industry to propose new course ideas.
• Test programs and modules from both internal and external resources
• Create and refine learning materials (project guides, assessments, tutorials).

iii) Growth & Collaboration

• Participate in feedback sessions to refine products and services

Job Requirements

 General requirements:
- Interest/passion in education and/or technology
- Basic IT skills (google drive/slides)
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability/willingness to pick up new skills 
- Is a flexible team player with strong communication skills. 
- Has a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
- Will be at least 18 years old before their first day of work.

Skills & Requirements
Graduation Year : 2024 - 2027
Preferred Fields of Study : Computer & Information Sciences, Education, Engineering, Information System Management, Business, Marketing, Psychology
Level (pursuing / obtained) : Master / Postgraduate Diploma, Bachelor, Higher Diploma / Associate Degree Required Level of Work Experience : None

Applicants must also demonstrate interest OR ability in one or more of the following areas: 
- Programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Web Development
- UI/UX Design
- 2D or 3D Video Game Design
- Game Modding or Character Modeling
- Artificial Intelligence

Preferred qualities:
- Hackathon, workshop, bootcamp or tutoring experience. 
- Experience with small to medium scaled development projects.
- Customer service experience. 
-Ideal candidates have completed 2+ years of college in a related field of study.
