Your Mastery:

Core Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Menu Innovation &amp; Curation: Design and execute an authentic Japanese menu, including seasonal specialties and modern interpretations.</li>
<li>Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency.</li>
<li>Kitchen Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory, ordering authentic Japanese ingredients, and cost control.</li>
<li>Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff in traditional techniques and discipline.</li>
<li>Compliance: Enforce strict hygiene, HACCP, and food safety standards according to local regulations. </li>
</ul>
