• Preparing data entry into UBS or other accounting software that request by clients (Training will be given by superior).
• Sorting, scanning and filing the accounting documents in proper manner into the server.
• Support account staff to work out on clients’ company full set of accounts.
• Assist account staff to do the account payable & check on the clients’ monthly claim.
• Assist to compiling audit report’s documents for clients’ company.
• Attend to phone calls, visitors, and courier service receiving during the absent of the receptionist.
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
  
  

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Plaza Sentral, from Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
• Looking for 2 accounting student who could work with us from early of Aug/ September 2026 onwards for 6 months (please indicate your internship period when apply).
• With positive attitude and initiative at work.
• Multi-tasking and fast learner.
• Experience in UBS Accounting Systems will be an adding point.

For this internship position, we will only provide monthly allowance. Students are allowed to take leaves by apply in advance and it depends on the university or college's approval. However, any leaves taken shall be treated as unpaid leave by the company and shall deduct the unpaid leave from student's monthly allowance.

P.S: Kindly prepare your transcript for all semesters or others relevant documents to prove your studies result in Accounting. As we required the candidates have strong basic accounting knowledge, an accounting test will be undergo on the day of interview.
