   Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle Full Set of Accounts.
• Handle all accounting data entries.
• Handle audit schedules and bank, petty cash, customer and supplier reconciliation.
• Assist in asset and inventory take (month end and as and when required).
• Proper maintenance of staff records and database.
• Handle daily cash reconciliation and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Responsible for the month-end and year-end closing, i.e. Accrual journal, prepare balance sheet schedules
• Assist in other finance work-related tasks and cover other colleagues when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and Finance
• At least 2 years working experience (preferably in the manufacturing line).
• Good with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Knowledge in SQL is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and good team player
• Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
• Full-Time position
• Possess own transport
• Salary will be commensurate with experience
