Job Requirements

💼 What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

• 🏗️ Solution Design & Architecture: Turn complex customer needs into scalable solution architectures and delivery plans. You will own the technical blueprints, including knowledge bases, pipelines, and agent automation.
• 🚀 Delivery Leadership & Ops: Lead the charge from proof of concept straight to production! You’ll mentor our AI Solutions Engineers, establish automated testing, logging, and continuous improvement practices, and oversee integrations with APIs, messaging channels, and enterprise platforms.
• 🗣️ Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Be our senior technical voice in customer conversations, demos, and workshops. You'll be the bridge translating big business goals into technical realities.
  
  

🎯 What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)

• 🇲🇾 The Must-Haves: You must be a Malaysian citizen with a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 🕒 Experience: Around 2 to 3 years of hands-on software and AI delivery experience (LLMs, RAG, and agent solutions). You've successfully driven projects from POC to live production, and have proven experience leading delivery, mentoring engineers, and engaging with customers.
  
  
• 💻 Hard Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building APIs, databases, backend systems, and integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Expertise with mainstream LLMs, model selection, prompt engineering, structured output, tool calling, RAG, vector search, knowledge bases, and automated workflows.
  
  
• 🛠️ Quality & Ops: A proven track record of pushing solutions to production. You know how to tackle accuracy, hallucination, latency, cost, and stability issues, and are familiar with AI evaluation, automated testing, logging, and continuous optimisation.
  
• 🧠 Soft Skills: Analytical troubleshooting, strong communication and presentation skills, cross-functional teamwork, ownership, adaptability, and a massive passion for AI!
  
• 💬 Languages: Mandatory professional proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Melayu and English. (Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a bonus, but not required!)
  

🌟 Bonus Points (Preferred but not required): Familiarity with multimodal AI (documents, images, OCR, voice); experience with platforms like GPTBots.ai, Dify, LangChain, or LlamaIndex; and you're comfortable using Claude Code and AI-powered IDEs.
