Job Description

• Work closely with the HOD on the marketing design related requirements.
• Work closely with the designers to deliver high quality marketing materials.
• Design, Execute & Manage marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and events.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviours, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives and use data to inform future strategies and tactics.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
