Job Description
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, PPC, etc.) to promote our payment solutions.
- Help manage and create content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to engage with our audience.
- Contribute to content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Support the preparation of marketing presentations and reports for internal and external use.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities within the payment gateway and fintech industry.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to organize webinars, events, or promotions.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and the fintech industry.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Language - Bahasa Malaysia & English.
