Southeast Asia and Australia based internet ventures accelerator

<ul><li>Collaborate with the internal Creative Team to design marketing campaign strategies and plans, craft campaign briefs, and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to create best-in-class campaigns.</li><li>&nbsp;Synthesize analysis of each campaign, including customer segmentation, behavior-based, and triggered messaging. Uncover critical findings on performance for each campaign and adjust for future initiatives– deliver reports, insights, and recommendations.</li><li>&nbsp;Identify opportunities for standardization, and prepare documentation and templates to streamline processes where possible.</li><li>&nbsp;Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new subscribers and build repeat business.</li><li>&nbsp;Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines.</li><li>&nbsp;Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results.</li><li>&nbsp;Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.</li><li>&nbsp;Have a clear understanding of the campaign objectives and expected campaign results for the accounts under your care.</li><li>&nbsp;Drive &amp; deliver new initiatives/product testing, operationalization, and smooth rollout of new tools, ads, and changes.</li><li>&nbsp;Proactively share best practices, surface challenges and solutions, and drive automation, operational efficiency, effectiveness, and service excellence.</li><li>&nbsp;Proactively review and enhance existing documentation and initiate new documentation.</li><li>&nbsp;Develop and execute the foundational community management program, establishing touchpoints and processes for vetting, troubleshooting, and ongoing content creator management.</li><li>&nbsp;Understand each community's success using a data-driven approach, tracking against goals.</li><li>&nbsp;Work with Community Managers to continually improve the quality of published content and content builder network reach/growth.</li><li>&nbsp;Partner with cross-functional teams to align cohesive strategies across units and ensure the Community Management team has the tools needed for success.</li><li>&nbsp;Act as an evangelist for our Content Experience team.</li></ul>
