Job Summary:

We are seeking a strong accounting knowledge base and decent experienced Accounts Executive candidate, whom will be guided and reporting to Senior Executive, Accounts and/or Senior Manager, Accounts. The successful candidate will assist across various functions, encompassing accounting, tax and audit processes. The position requires strong collaboration with the relevant stakeholders to maintain seamless financial processes and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of account.
• Responsible for day-to-day accounting operation.
• Prepare and/or review provisional/final tax computation, transfer pricing, service tax etc.
• Prepare and/or review audit report.
• Prepare all relevant documents/report for management, external & internal auditor.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management as and when required.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Prepare, analyse and present management accounts and annual profit or loss budgets.

Job Requirements

• Advance Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or related professional qualification in Accounting (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
• 1 to 3 years of related experience in Finance or Accounting, additional Audit or Tax experience will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, additional Yonyou or Autocount software system experience will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 Salary Range:

• RM3,000 – RM4,000
