Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Data Entry
- Facilitate the invoicing, payment processing, and data entry operations using SQL and Bukku.
- Ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
Document Management
- Help organize and accurately file accounting documents.
- Keep a well-structured filing system for all financial records to ensure easy access.
Accounts Assistance
- Support financial reporting tasks and the month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with the manager/supervisor to gain insights into the complete accounting cycle.
General Support
- Assist with the daily administrative tasks of the finance team.
- Engage in special projects and initiatives with the team as needed.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Diploma/ Bachelor’s program in Accounting or a closely related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take responsibility.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Keen to learn and contribute in a high-energy environment.
