About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Intern to help elevate our digital presence. You will play a key role in supporting our content efforts across Facebook, Instagram, Rednote (XiaoHongShu), and LinkedIn. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how social media marketing operates within the professional services and financial advisory sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Coordination: Assist in planning and maintaining a consistent social media content calendar.
• Content Creation: Draft engaging captions and develop post content that aligns with the firm’s professional branding and tone.
• Visual Storytelling: Create and edit basic graphics (Canva) and short-form video content (CapCut/Reels/TikTok style).
• Production Support: Assist in short-form video shooting, editing, and post-production as required.
• Community Management: Monitor social media engagement and respond to interactions to build our online community.
• Market Research: Stay updated on digital trends and identify relevant content ideas tailored to the financial advisory industry.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly performance reports to track reach, engagement, and growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure all content is accurate, timely, and compliant with firm standards.

Job Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field. (Passionate career-switchers or learners are also welcome to apply).
• Platform Savvy: Familiar with the nuances of FB, IG, LinkedIn, and XHS.
• Language Skills: Strong written and verbal English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage (specifically for managing XHS content).
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Soft Skills: Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn.
• Presence: Comfortable appearing in or assisting with casual video content (a plus, but not mandatory).
• Environment: Able to thrive in a professional corporate environment.

Working Arrangement

• Hybrid: Flexibility to work from home, with a requirement to be in the office for physical meetings and content shooting sessions. 
•  Prime Location: Our office is conveniently located just one station away from TRX and is within easy walking distance of the MRT, making your commute seamless.
