Job Requirements
使用 POS 系统扫描商品、处理各种付款方式（现金、卡、e-wallet 如 Touch 'n Go、Boost、GrabPay 等）
准确计算找零、折扣、促销，并开具收据
热情迎接顾客、解答价格/产品疑问，提供友好服务
处理退货、换货及顾客投诉（以积极态度解决）
每日结账、对账现金抽屉，确保无误差
协助打包商品、整理柜台及周边区域保持清洁
支持店内其他任务，如补货、上架、促销活动协助（视需要）
遵守公司政策及卫生标准
