Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive / HR & Recruitment Executive to support our growing team.

This role will have a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, while also supporting employee documentation, onboarding, HR operations and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer and onboarding. 
• Actively source candidates through Hiredly, JobStreet, social media, universities and other recruitment channels. 
• Recruit for positions including Live Host, Management Trainee, Accounting, Marketing, Warehouse, E-Commerce and Internships. 
• Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist suitable candidates for Management. 
• Follow up with candidates and coordinate interview schedules. 
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. 
• Build relationships with universities and colleges for internship recruitment. 
• Prepare Offer Letters, Confirmation Letters and other HR documentation. 
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding documentation. 
• Maintain and update employee personnel records. 
• Assist with payroll-related information and statutory documentation where required. 
• Support employee performance reviews, KPI documentation and probation confirmation. 
• Prepare and maintain HR policies, SOPs, forms and standard HR templates. 
• Assist with employee relations and disciplinary documentation. 
• Support training and employee development activities. 
• Prepare weekly recruitment and HR progress reports for Management. 
• Continuously identify ways to improve and digitalise HR processes

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related field. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with HR/recruitment experience will have an advantage. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Comfortable contacting, screening and communicating with candidates. 
• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks without constant supervision. 
• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. 
• Good documentation and administrative skills. 
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. 
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Mandarin communication ability is an added advantage. 
• Experience recruiting Live Hosts, Sales, E-Commerce or operational staff is an advantage
