General Responsibilities

• Respond to basic employee HR enquiries professionally.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and Excel records.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR Department or Management.
• Participate in HR projects and gain practical exposure to the full HR function.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Internship students looking for practical exposure in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and labour regulations is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to learn and able to follow established HR procedures.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Positive working attitude, proactive and willing to take initiative.
• No prior working experience is required; training and guidance will be provided.
