Job Description

• Conduct TikTok LIVE and other social media LIVE sessions as the company's on-camera host.
• Present, introduce and demonstrate company products clearly and confidently during LIVE sessions.
• Engage with viewers, respond to comments and answer product-related questions in real time.
• Create an energetic, friendly and interactive atmosphere to increase audience engagement.
• Learn and understand product features, specifications, benefits, pricing and promotions before each LIVE session.
• Follow prepared LIVE scripts, promotional plans and campaign objectives.
• Develop confidence in presenting products and communicating with customers on camera.
• Assist in preparing products, props, equipment and LIVE setup before each session.
• Participate in short-form video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Assist in creating simple product demonstration, promotional and lifestyle videos.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team on campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
• Assist in monitoring LIVE performance, including viewer engagement, enquiries and sales performance.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new LIVE concepts, content ideas and promotional activities.
• Perform other related marketing and content duties assigned by the company.

Important: This is primarily an on-camera Live Host position. Candidates must be comfortable appearing, speaking and presenting regularly in front of the camera.

No previous Live Host experience is required. Training, product knowledge and guidance will be provided.

Job Requirements

Must be confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera. 

• Comfortable conducting TikTok / Shopee / social media LIVE sessions. 
• Good communication and presentation skills. 
• Energetic, cheerful and able to engage with viewers during LIVE sessions. 
• Able to explain and demonstrate products clearly. 
• Comfortable speaking spontaneously and responding to viewers' questions. 
• No previous Live Host experience required; training will be provided. 
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia; English and Mandarin are added advantages. 
• Willing to learn about the company's products and sales techniques. 
• This position requires regular on-camera appearance as the main job responsibility.
