FERSON is looking for ambitious and high-potential Management Trainees to be developed into future supervisors and management team members.

This is not a general administrative position. Management Trainees will receive cross-functional exposure and be assigned actual business projects, KPIs and operational problems to solve.

Responsibilities:

• Rotate and gain practical exposure across key business functions, including: 
• E-Commerce 
• Retail Operations 
• Warehouse & Fulfilment 
• Business Operations 
• Management Projects 
• Assist Management in monitoring daily business operations and departmental performance. 
• Analyse operational data, sales performance, productivity and KPIs. 
• Identify operational problems and propose practical solutions. 
• Coordinate projects between different departments. 
• Follow up on Management instructions, deadlines and action items. 
• Assist in developing and improving SOPs and workflows. 
• Participate in process improvement and cost-efficiency projects. 
• Prepare reports, analysis and recommendations for Management. 
• Assist with manpower planning and operational coordination. 
• Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution. 
• Work directly with department heads and Management on actual company challenges. 
• Complete assigned departmental rotations and performance assessments. 
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities based on performance

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in: 
• Business Management 
• E-Commerce 
• Supply Chain / Logistics 
• Operations Management 
• Marketing 
• Information Systems 
• or related fields 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are welcome. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision. 
• Fast learner and willing to learn across different departments. 
• Comfortable working with targets, deadlines and KPIs. 
• Willing to take responsibility and ownership of assigned projects. 
• Interested in business operations and management. 
• Willing to undergo cross-department rotation. 
• Demonstrates leadership potential.
