Job Description

To support the creative and marketing team in producing visual content, video content, and marketing materials for social media, e-commerce platforms, and branding activities.
Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design

• Design promotional banners, posters, advertisements, and social media creatives. 
• Create product visuals for e-commerce platforms and marketing campaigns. 
• Assist in developing branding and marketing materials. 
• Ensure all designs follow company brand guidelines. 

2. Videography & Video Editing

• Assist in video shooting for products, social media, and promotional campaigns. 
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. 
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, and visual effects where appropriate. 
• Organize and manage video assets and project files. 

3. Copywriting & Content Creation

• Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and marketing content. 
• Assist in content planning and campaign ideation. 
• Research trending topics and social media content ideas. 
• Support content creation for social media and e-commerce platforms. 

4. Administrative Support

• Assist the marketing team with daily operational tasks. 
• Coordinate with other departments when required. 
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in:

1. Graphic Design 
2. Multimedia Design 
3. Mass Communication 
4. Marketing 
5. Digital Media 
6. Creative Multimedia 
7. Related fields 

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software. 
• Basic video editing and content creation skills. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills. 
• Creative mindset with attention to detail. 
• Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio of design, video, or content work is an advantage. 
• Experience managing social media accounts is an added advantage. 
• Understanding of current social media trends is preferred. 

Internship Duration

• Minimum 3 months internship period. 
• Full-time internship preferred. 

Allowance

Internship allowance provided based on qualifications and performance.
