Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Warehouse Operations Intern to gain hands-on experience in warehouse, inventory and e-commerce fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily warehouse operations.
• Assist in receiving and checking incoming goods.
• Perform quantity checking and basic product QC.
• Assist with barcode scanning and inventory updates.
• Arrange and put away stock according to designated rack locations.
• Assist with picking and packing customer orders.
• Check SKU and quantity before packing.
• Assist with order fulfillment and shipment preparation.
• Assist with stock counting and cycle counts.
• Handle returned goods and assist with return checking.
• Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping and organisation.
• Follow warehouse SOPs and safety procedures.
• Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods or operational issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Fresh students with no warehouse experience are welcome to apply.
• Willing to learn warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Able to perform basic physical warehouse duties.
• Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling SKU and quantity.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with barcode scanners, ERP or WMS systems is an advantage but not required.
