Job Description

• Assist in managing, updating and improving the company website. 
• Update product information, images, specifications, catalogues and company content on the website. 
• Assist in improving website layout, navigation and overall user experience (UI/UX). 
• Design website banners, promotional materials, product visuals and other digital content. 
• Organise product categories and maintain accurate website information. 
• Assist with basic SEO optimisation to improve website visibility on search engines. 
• Support the team in creating digital content for social media and online marketing campaigns. 
• Perform basic image editing, resizing and optimisation for website use. 
• Assist in maintaining WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce or other website CMS platforms. 
• Conduct regular checks to ensure website content, links, images and pages are functioning properly. 
• Support other digital marketing, e-commerce and website-related tasks assigned by the company. 

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Web Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Graphic Design or a related field. 
• Basic knowledge of website management, preferably WordPress, Shopify or WooCommerce. 
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools. 
• Good sense of design, layout, typography and visual presentation. 
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS will be an advantage. 
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics or Google Search Console will be an advantage. 
• Able to create and edit website banners, product images and digital marketing materials. 
• Good written English and able to organise product information clearly. 
• Creative, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn. 
• Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks within deadlines. 
• Applicants with a portfolio, previous website project, university assignment or design samples are encouraged to apply.
