FFF Media Group is expanding, and we are looking for you to join us on any of our media pages, such as @Malaysiafoodandtravel, @Halalfoodandtravel, @KLhojiak, and @Klbarsandclubs, which collectively have over a million followers across all social media platforms. Job Summary:
This Business Development role is responsible for driving revenue by pitching and selling our digital media packages to corporate clients and agencies. This role requires a strong existing network and a deep understanding of how to sell digital advertising space. You will act as the primary bridge between our creative media offerings and our large portfolio of Mandarin-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch, negotiate, and sell creative digital advertising and media packages to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new B2B market opportunities while actively managing and upselling to our existing client base.
  • Confidently present custom brand integration ideas and marketing campaigns to key decision-makers and marketing directors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our Chinese-speaking clients, managing communications, expectations, and campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the content and production teams to ensure the media packages sold are executed flawlessly.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports to clients to secure contract renewals.

Note: This is a specialized media sales role. Candidates must have prior experience selling media, advertising, or publication spaces. General retail or non-media sales experience will not be suitable for this position.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of direct B2B sales experience strictly within a media agency, publication, or digital social media agency.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin to effectively pitch to and manage our Chinese client. 
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia too.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales KPIs and successfully selling media or advertising packages.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a self-starter mentality.
  • Up-to-date with current digital marketing, social media trends, and advertising best practices.
  • Must possess own transportation for external client meetings.
