We're looking for a inhouse COO / General Manager to join FFF Media Group. We’re at an important stage of growth. Malaysia Food & Travel, KL Hojiak, Halal Food & Travel, and our wider network of platforms have grown into a strong digital media business -and the next chapter requires stronger systems, sharper execution, and a more scalable operating structure.

We're looking for a senior operator who can work closely with the Founder to help build that next layer.

This is not a purely corporate role. It is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can operate inside a fast-moving creative business, manage people well, understand commercial priorities, and turn moving parts into clear systems.

Job Requirements

 What You Will Lead:

• Business operations
• Content and production workflows
• Sales operations and pipeline visibility
• Campaign delivery and client handovers
• Team lead accountability
• Management reporting and dashboards
• Internal process improvement
• Strategic execution alongside the Founder
  

Who We Are Looking For:

• The Right Fit: You are organised, direct, commercially aware, comfortable with creative teams, and strong enough to bring structure without killing momentum.
• Relevant Background: Experience in digital media, creative agency, branded content, publishing, events, social media, or fast-growing SMEs would be highly relevant.
• Proven Track Record: You are someone who has successfully scaled founder-led businesses, managed cross-functional teams, and built strong operating systems.
