Ready to take your next step in retail? Whether you enjoy leading a team or prefer being hands-on at the store floor, we’re looking for Marketing and Retail Supervisor/Assistant to join our outlet.

We’re a medium-sized petro-retail store with a steady flow of customers and a friendly, supportive crew. Here, every shift counts - you’ll be part of a team that keeps the store running smoothly through good service, organized displays, accurate cashiering, and creative local marketing.

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing and Retail Supervisor/Assistant who enjoys taking ownership managing people, solving problems and keeping the store running at its best. If you’re detail-driven, proactive, and ready to lead from the floor, this role is for you.

  • Oversee daily store operations while maintaining service, quality, and display standards.
  • Supervise cashiering and daily sales reports; ensure end-of-shift balances are accurate with no discrepancies.
  • Monitor merchandising and stock levels; place and manage product orders, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
  • Handle invoicing, product receiving, and related documentation.
  • Plan and execute merchandising to maintain consistent, sales-focused product presentation.
  • Be the focal person for any service-related or ad hoc issues involving the branch, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly; escalate when necessary to minimise disruption.
  • Drive staff productivity through discipline, leadership, and clear task delegation.
  • Manage the outlet’s social media updates and meet social media requirements set by HQ.
  • Track sales performance and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
  • Train and guide new team members while maintaining a professional, customer-focused store culture.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in retail or sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. (training provided if not yet fully experienced)
  • Good leadership, communication and organization skills. (training provided if not yet fully experienced).
  • Confident with stock management, cashiering and reporting systems. (training provided if not yet fully experienced)
  • Hands-on and proactive - willing to work alongside the team on the floor.
  • Flexible with shifts, weekends and public holidays.
