Job Description
Technician
Responsibilities
- Control condition in operation parameter well in line with work instructions;
- Performs equipment preparation, set-up & adjustment. Operates lines and monitors/records operational parameters & initiates corrective action;
- Performs change-over, cleaning in place control;
- Activity participate in the conduct of trials of new products, equipment and processes;
- Ensures all cleaning, lubrication, inspection & adjustment of all equipment under his/her responsibility;
- Conducts constant condition monitoring checks on line/equipment operation and makes necessary interventions to prevent failures in coordination;
- Ensures compliance to personal safety & GMP requirement.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Science or Food Science;
- At least 2-3 years in production operation, preferably in dairies processing;
- Experience in SCADA operated process environment;
- Teamwork, positive mindset, alert and good discipline.
