💼 What Your Role Looks Like

• Take charge of the full set of accounts, support monthly closings, and prepare key management reports.
• Assist with procurement and financial documentation to support internal operations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with proper tracking and follow-ups.
• Issue invoices, process payments, and ensure up-to-date and organized finance records.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and data entry with accuracy.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams — summarize financials for approvals.
• Prepare reports and support the Reporting Manager with checklists, reminders, and ad hoc admin duties.
• Keep documentation clean, compliant, and accessible — your files will be the backbone of our project flow!

Job Requirements

🎯 What You’ll Bring

• A Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome — we value eagerness to learn and contribute.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel — Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, IF functions are your friends.
• Fluent in Malay & English (ability to read/speak Mandarin is a big plus due to vendor/client communications).
• A positive team player who’s proactive, organized, and can handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Great communicator with the ability to follow up, coordinate, and keep things moving smoothly.
• Passionate about joining a design-centric company and playing a key role in how our business is supported behind the scenes.
