What Your Role Looks Like

• Site Management: Oversee all site operations and ensure timely progress based on Interior Design drawings and client expectations.
• Team Management: Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors and general workers, delegate tasks clearly, and keep everyone moving together.
• Quality Control: Maintain high workmanship standards, carry out inspections, and ensure any defects are rectified swiftly.
• Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve on-site challenges — flexibility and solutions-first thinking are key.
• Reporting & Documentation: Track project milestones, document work progress, and communicate clearly with our internal team and client's update.
• Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure smooth, safe, and aligned site execution.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with Interior Designers, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure seamless handovers and material readiness.

• A responsible mindset and the ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and stay focused on deliverables.
• Experience in assigning and micromanaging site tasks, balancing productivity with empathy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills — always ready to step in and troubleshoot when issues arise on-site.
• Willingness to take ownership and do what’s best for the project and the company.
• Able to execute supervisor directions effectively, work independently, and be highly emotionally composed.
• A team player who embraces structure but can also lead solo with clarity and confidence.
• Familiar with construction site SOPs, safety practices, and interior renovation workflows.
