Job Summary:

Responsible for carrying out and assisting with various renovation, installation, repair, maintenance, and site preparation works at project sites. The role requires someone who is practical, responsible, able to troubleshoot site issues, and comfortable working with different tools, materials, contractors, and project teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out hands-on renovation and interior installation works at project sites.
• Assist with carpentry, partition, ceiling, flooring, painting, tiling, and other renovation works.
• Perform basic repair, maintenance, and rectification works.
• Assist with dismantling, drilling, cutting, installation, and site preparation.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly.
• Take measurements and follow basic technical drawings or site plans.
• Assist contractors and workers with daily site activities.
• Check materials and tools required for site works.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor site or installation issues.
• Ensure completed works are properly installed and meet quality requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the project site.
• Travel to different project sites when required.
• Perform other duties related to renovation and site works as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in renovation, interior design, construction, maintenance, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with basic renovation and installation works.
• Able to use basic hand and power tools.
• Basic understanding of measurements and technical drawings.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at project sites.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence is an advantage.
