We’re looking for a dedicated Junior Warehouse & Logistic Assistant to work together and we want to expand our inventory system and create a better production lines for Malaysia ID industry ! 

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, sorting, loading, and unloading shipments, picking and packing items based on client’s unit as well as keeping the warehouse organized and safe. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle the physical demands of the job. 

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Processing : Unload incoming shipments, verify goods/shipments against delivery notes, and inspect goods for damages or defects.
• Inventory Management : Sort, log, and shelf incoming stock accurately. Assist with daily inventory counts and stock audits.
• Order Fulfillment : Pick and pack orders from warehouse shelves according to picking lists, ensuring high accuracy and secure packaging.
• Dispatch : Load outgoing trucks or delivery vehicles safely, ensuring all items match shipping documents.
• Safety & Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment. Adhere strictly to warehouse safety regulations and report any hazards immediately.
• Equipment Operation : Safely and efficiently operate an electric reach truck to maneuver through narrow aisles and store/retrieve palletized goods.
• High-Level Stacking : Load and unload heavy-duty racking systems up to maximum height limits, ensuring loads are perfectly balanced, stable, and correctly placed.
• Pre-Shift Inspections : Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on the electric reach truck (checking battery, hydraulics, brakes, and mast mechanisms) and report any malfunctions immediately.
• Load Capacity Management : Verify load weights against the reach truck's capacity chart and the structural limits of the heavy-duty racking before lifting.

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience : Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail stockroom environment is required. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience operating an electric reach truck (stand-up or sit-down) specifically within high-density, heavy-duty racking systems.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with inventory software, barcode scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS) is required.
• Certifications : Forklift operation certification is a strong asset (willingness to be trained is highly valued).
• Traits : Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and excellent time management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Licensing / Certification : Active and valid Forklift/Reach Truck Operator Certification is required.
• Technical Precision : Exceptional spatial awareness and depth perception for accurately placing pallets at high elevations (e.g., tier 4 and above). Thorough understanding of load centers and capacity charts.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 23 kg.
• Comfort working in an environment that may experience temperature fluctuations
• Comfort working around high-bay racking environments and looking upward for extended periods to align forks at high levels.
