Job Description

1. Complete the calculation of engineering quantities and the preparation of price lists based on drawings.
2. Be responsible for the compilation of procurement technical specifications based on procurement requirements and the preparation of package definition documents based on the requirements of system professional subcontracting and tendering.
3. Be responsible for organizing the inquiry work of equipment and materials related to bidding and the inquiry work of professional (system) subcontracts.
4. Be responsible for the pre-bid cost budgeting and bidding quotation work of the bidding project.
5. Organize the preparation of pre-bid design optimization plans according to the bidding requirements.
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical budgeting or related fields; proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese.
2. More than five years of experience in cost management or budgeting, familiar with local electrical installation management norms and regulations in Malaysia (such as TFT, electronics, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food, etc. industrial plants).
3. Have the ability to independently review and prepare budgets.
4. Familiar with the performance parameters of electrical equipment and materials, and have the ability to analyze and judge prices.
5. Be able to independently calculate quantities and group prices.
6. Proficient in using office software.
7. Self-motivated and able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment of the company.
