Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and monitor workflow to ensure schedules are met.
• Quality Control: Enforce company policies and maintain high-quality product standards.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations (SOPs) on the production floor.
• Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and administrative reporting.
• Team Leadership: Train new employees, conduct performance evaluations, and address employee issues

Job Requirements

 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or technical certification is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including leadership or team leader experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and demonstrated problem-solving skills. 
• Priority for those able to speak/ write/ read in Chinese, to work with Chinese speaking Production Manager.
