Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resources:
    • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
    • Onboarding: Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation.
    • Payroll & Records: Process monthly payroll, maintain employee files, and handle attendance tracking.
    • Compliance & Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle staff grievances, and manage contract renewals. 
  • Office Administration:
    • Operations: Oversee general administrative tasks, office supplies inventory, and facility management.
    • Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, courier services, and front-desk activities.
    • Communication: Handle internal and external communication and maintain office security procedures.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Certificate/ Diploma / or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, accounting , or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or accounting administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HRIS software.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
