About the role:
The performance marketing specialist role directly impacts the success of paid digital marketing campaigns. Their contribution will drive impressive performance and growth through continuous reviewing, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of paid channels such as (but not limited to) Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, and LinkedIn Ads. The specialist will be solely accountable for the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of their output.
This role requires a savvy digital marketer with hands-on execution experience and reporting involvement in paid search and paid social campaigns. A tactical mindset, problem-solver, results-driven, attention to detail, and team player mentality are some of the attributes that will warrant a successful and progressive career journey within finexis.
The role will expose the successful candidate to tactics for strategies and tactics for various channels and verticals, working alongside collaborative and passionate colleagues across multiple countries. You will be empowered to recommend initiatives we can execute based on research.
