• Source and evaluate information from credible outlets, ensuring everything used is accurate and up to date.
• Spot emerging trends and surface insights that can directly feed into content strategies.
• Pitch research-backed topic ideas to the content team on a regular basis.
• Keep research records organized and accessible so the whole team can build on your work.
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and campaigns.

• Communication and Written Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical Thinking - Ability to critically analyze, synthesize, and present information in a clear and concise manner.
• Attention to Detail - High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data collection and reporting.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite; knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
