MoneyMama – All-Weather Intern (Generalist, Ambiguous Role)
We are a young company building an AI product to help Malaysians on their personal financial matters. This isn’t a typical internship. There’s no handbook, no neat task lists, and no one to spoon-feed you. If you need direction every morning, you’ll drown here.

You’ll be doing things like, but not limited to:

• Expanding and organising our knowledge base
• Speaking directly with users to troubleshoot issues
• Setting up and running user feedback and testing sessions
• Stress-testing features and spotting problems before others do
• Jumping into whatever messy, undefined task shows up that day
• Track revenue and costs of the business

You should NOT apply if:

• You need clear instructions
• You freeze when things are unclear
• You wait for permission
• You hate talking to users
• You’re only here to “learn” without delivering

Job Requirements

Who will thrive:

• Someone obsessed with finance, business and how products grow
• Comfortable dealing with numbers beyond 1+1=3
• Fast learner who figures things out before asking
• Enjoys ambiguity and solving problems no one has framed yet
• Communicates clearly, even under pressure
