We're looking for a sharp, creative, and reliable Special Officer to CEO Internship to help him stay focused, move faster, and show up stronger — both behind the scenes and in the public eye. 🎯 Your Mission

To support the CEO across three key areas, gaining invaluable exposure and practical experience:

1. Operational Support: Assist in managing his time, priorities, and communications.
2. Content Creation: Help capture and create social media content for his personal brand.
3. Project Involvement: Provide assistance in coordinating product and strategic initiatives.

You'll help the CEO use his time more effectively, coordinate with the right people, and turn ideas into clear next steps and impactful content. This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to grow alongside a founder.

🛠️ What You’ll Learn & Do

As an Intern, you'll gain practical experience by supporting the CEO in the following areas:

Strategic Executive Support & Coordination

• Learn to manage and prioritize an executive's calendar.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Help communicate the CEO’s ideas and instructions clearly to the team.
• Support follow-ups on key items and ensure important tasks move forward.
• Develop the ability to anticipate needs and make day-to-day decisions to keep things running smoothly

Content Creation for Personal Brand

• Gain experience in capturing photos, short videos, or behind-the-scenes content of the CEO’s day-to-day.
• Learn to edit content into short-form posts (IG Reels, TikToks, carousels, stories) using popular tools.
• Practice transforming the CEO’s thoughts, voice notes, or conversations into written captions or visual posts.
• Support the consistency and quality of his personal brand on social media.
• Research and stay up to date with trends and formats that perform well online.

Product & Project Involvement

• Sit in on key meetings across the company (projects, product, partnerships, brand) to observe and learn.
• Assist in capturing direction, documenting priorities, and following up on decisions and next steps.
• Support light research, coordination, and preparation of materials when needed.
• Help the CEO turn raw ideas into clear action plans, timelines, and outcomes.

• Digitally Fluent: You understand social media basics and are familiar with content tools.
• Professional & Trustworthy: You understand the importance of handling sensitive information and representing the CEO well.
• Resilient Under Pressure: You're willing to learn to thrive in fast-paced environments and maintain composure.

🧠 Skills & Experience (Preferred, but not all required)

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or equivalent).
• Experience or interest in writing short-form content or captions.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Basic photography, videography, or scripting skills are a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, and eager to learn and experiment with new tech.
