Job Description

As our Media Campaign Manager, you are the vital bridge between our clients, the sales team, and the production crew. You will own the campaign journey from the moment a deal is signed until the final content goes live. 

In this role, you will ensure campaigns run smoothly, timelines are met, and clients receive the full value of the partnership. Your time is primarily focused on campaign execution and client relationship management (80%), with a secondary focus on supporting business development (20%).

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Implementation & Ownership (80%)

  • End-to-End Execution: Take charge of media campaigns and sponsored content post-signing, ensuring strategic alignment from inception to execution.
  • Timeline Mastery: Ensure 100% adherence to deadlines so that billing milestones are achieved.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact, managing communications and expectations to ensure high satisfaction and repeat engagement.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce comprehensive campaign reports and conduct thorough analyses. Provide competitive insights and clear, actionable recommendations to clients, enhancing their decision-making processes.
  • Customer Success: Proactively collect client feedback through NPS surveys to maintain high service standards.
  • Internal Coordination: Proactively manage every facet of campaign execution to meet client needs and maintain smooth operations across departments.

Business Development Support (20%)

  • Inbound Enquiries: Attend to incoming business enquiries and provide initial consultations on campaign solutions.
  • Growth Support: Work closely with the sales lead to convert enquiries into new opportunities and hit revenue targets.
  • Ad-hoc Task Management: Efficiently manage and execute ad-hoc tasks as they arise, showcasing flexibility and a dedication to quality in all tasks undertaken.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, client success, project management, or media production.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a significant asset.
  • Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong teamwork abilities and problem-solving skills. Capable of fostering positive work relationships and effectively addressing challenges.
  • Accountability: You take full ownership of your tasks; we value those who aren't afraid of making mistakes as long as you are proactive in solving them.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and client presentations.
  • Cultural Fit: You are agile, adaptable, and comfortable working with a "Gen Z/Gen Y" leadership style in a fast-paced environment.
