To do that, we’re looking for ONE exceptional Social Media & Content Creator.

Not someone who just executes tasks.

We’re looking for a creator–strategist hybrid — a thinker and a doer — someone who understands culture, storytelling, psychology, and data, and knows how to turn ideas into content that actually moves people.

Because this role isn’t just about making videos.
It’s about shaping conversations in Malaysia around money.

🎯 Your Mission

Own and grow Mr Money TV’s social media presence across:
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

Your work will:

• Build a strong, recognisable social media brand
• Reach new audiences and grow followers
• Drive engagement, views, leads, and YouTube traffic
• Help turn content into real financial action

Your content will be seen by thousands today — and millions over time.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

📱 Social Media Ownership

• Produce and publish high-quality Reels, TikToks, Shorts, carousel posts, and stories
• Build brand voice, tone, and consistency across platforms
• Reply to DMs, comments, and messages to build real community
• Engage actively with broadcast channels and audience conversations

🎥 Content Creation (Fast & High-Quality)

• Create engaging short-form videos optimised for each platform
• Follow creators around to capture real-time content
• Shoot and edit content independently when needed
• Create Instagram Stories and interactive content for engagement

📊 Growth & Performance

• Spot social media trends early and adapt them to our niche
• Read analytics and optimise content based on performance
• Understand (or learn quickly) how content drives:
• reach
• engagement
• views
• leads
• Support light ad boosting and content amplification

▶️ YouTube Support

• Create promotional content to drive traffic from social media to YouTube
• Repurpose long-form YouTube content into short-form clips
• Align social content with YouTube launches and campaigns

Job Requirements

⭐ What You Need To Be Great At

• Spotting trends before they peak
• Turning raw ideas into hooks, scripts, and formats
• Editing Reels/TikToks with speed and precision
• Writing captions that feel real, relatable, and shareable
• Executing end-to-end:
  idea → script → edit → publish → analyse
• Managing content calendars in a fast-paced environment

🧰 Skills & Tools You Must Have

• Strong editing skills using:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• CapCut
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content creation
• Good design sense using Canva
• Basic videography & photography knowledge (framing, lighting, composition)
• Genuine interest in financial literacy, money, investing, or real-world topics
