About the Role

Finsion Advisory Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a creative, results-driven, and passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Assist in organising online and offline marketing events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies to improve marketing performance.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, or email marketing is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other design and video editing tools is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin is preferred and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
