About the Role

Finsion Advisory Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and brand marketing. Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Design basic marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, and promotional visuals (using Canva or other design tools).
• Assist in managing the company's social media accounts and community engagement.
• Support the development of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Assist in maintaining and updating website content where required.
• Perform other marketing and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Internship placement of at least 3 months is preferred.
• Passionate about digital marketing and social media.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design/editing tools is an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin will be preferred and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
