主要职责｜Job Scope
- 引导课程学员将结构化的预算规划与财务管理落地于企业。
- 在课程过程中为学员提供课堂协助，确保他们理解并能够有效运用课程内容。
- 协助资深顾问为企业客户提供预算规划及财务管理咨询服务。
- 与产品团队合作，支持课程执行并提供反馈，以持续优化课程内容。
- 为学员提供课程后的跟进与支援，提升学习成果与客户满意度。
- 管理及跟进由课程学员所产生的客户转介绍（referral leads），并确保相关资料记录及内部交接。
Job Requirements
职位要求 | Job Requirements
- 拥有金融、会计、商业、经济或相关领域的学士学位。
- 具备 2–5 年相关工作经验（如财务分析、财务规划、咨询、培训或客户管理等领域）。
- 具备基本的预算规划与财务管理知识。
- 良好的沟通与表达能力，能够清楚讲解财务概念。
- 具备良好的分析能力及解决问题的能力。
- 熟悉 Microsoft Excel 及基本数据分析工具。
- 能够独立工作，同时具备良好的团队合作精神。
- 流利于华语（书写与口语）为加分项，以便与客户及学员沟通。
