In our company, leadership places significant emphasis on both the Finance and HR departments. To use an analogy from ancient warfare, Finance is responsible for managing provisions, while HR is in charge of recruiting soldiers and strategists. As an Accountant, you will ensure the company's accounts are accurate and the financial health is maintained, laying a strong foundation for the company’s future IPO.

Additionally, one of our business lines is financial education for enterprises, giving you the opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs from various industries and even present on how to manage company finances effectively. This role not only allows you to learn the financial operations of different industries but also to build your personal brand and increase your visibility (many of our team members at Finspark have been developed into lecturers, transforming from Nobody to Somebody).

Frankly, working in our company is not easy, as we are in the growing stage. Job Requirements

1. 拥有至少 Diploma 或 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 相关认证 或 Professional certificate with MIA membership。
2. 至少2年的 Full Set Account 的经验。
3. 有处理 Intercompany Account 的经验（因为企业内部有几家 Subsidiaries)。
4. 热爱学习和享受与团队一起成长，包括企业和营销知识（和业务息息相关）。
5. 中文能力佳，我们是用中文来沟通。
6. 做事细心和醒目，能独立完成任务。

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Candidate at least have 2 years or more experience in full set account and payroll (MFRS and tax knowledge experience will be priority).
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting field or Professional certificate with MIA membership.
• Experience in handling Intercompany Accounts (as there are several subsidiaries within the company).
• Passionate about learning and enjoys growing with the team, including gaining knowledge in business and marketing (closely related to our operations).
• Detail-oriented and alert, capable of completing tasks independently.
• Must have a passion for finance.
